The demand for ground almonds is increasing. Ground almonds are often used in products for vegans and vegetarians. In contrast to almond flour, which is obtained from pressing residues, our ground organic almonds still contain all the valuable ingredients. Selected producers from Spain and Italy supply the raw material for the ground almonds. The almonds from these cultivation areas are processed quickly after harvesting. Our ground almonds benefit from this freshness. The high-quality, unsaturated vegetable oils, which are broken down by grinding, are an important component of a modern, healthy diet. Almonds are also rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. We recommend that you process them as soon as possible so that the unmistakable almond aroma also benefits your products. Cool, dark storage also contributes to the shelf life of this quality product.
Ground almonds are surprisingly versatile. In the production of almond milk, which is a big seller, our organic almonds are indispensable. A variety of savory vegan and vegetarian spreads, pestos and salsas are also based on the consistency and flavour of this almond product. In the confectionery, ground almonds have always had their tradition. Fine biscuits, delicious cake doughs and almond-based fillings, cakes and particles would lose variety if this almond variant were not used. The use of ground almonds instead of flour in the dough makes the pastry juicy. Low carb recipes are made with our fine ground organic almonds.
