The purchase of almonds ready for consumption is a matter of trust. Our freshly harvested organic almonds, planed, fulfil all the quality characteristics that are expected of a top-quality product. The brown skin is removed, the almonds are blanched and cut into fine slices. The fine aroma of the almonds from Italy and Spain comes into its own. The wafer-thin leaves contain all the important ingredients of the almond. Minerals and the valuable almond oil are fully preserved during processing. For the production of the planed organic almonds selected goods are used, so that the almond flakes convince not only in the quality, but also in the appearance. Our organic almonds are made with even leaves.

Use

Our organic almonds are planed and indispensable in the production of the finest pastries and decorative cakes. Almond flakes are ideal as cake edges, for decoration on the pastry surface or for creating an even coating, for example for the popular bee sting. As an ingredient in mueslis, organic almonds are planed and used sparingly for the typical almond aroma. Savory dishes and crispy breadcrumbs often give almond flakes that certain something. Indian and Caribbean cuisine, fish and vegetables are sliced with organic almonds, which are not only visually perfect but also taste perfect. Whether the fine almond slices are used fresh or lightly roasted is determined by the dishes and personal preference.
