What remained are the valuable ingredients of the organic pumpkin seeds. The seeds are rich in vitamin E, selenium and polyunsaturated fatty acids. They are therefore an important supplement in health-conscious cuisine. Pumpkin seeds also contain phytosterols, which are said to have a positive effect on bladder diseases and prostate problems.
