Avocado oil, native

In cold pressing, the oil is extracted from the crushed fruit flesh of the avocado in usually only one operation. The lower the temperature, the gentler this process is for the ingredients of the oil. Organic avocado oil, native, therefore contains the essential flavors, but also the health-promoting components of the avocado. Cold pressed avocado oil has a strong green-brown color. The slight turbidity is a quality feature here. The greenish shade of the organic avocado oil is due to the pigments contained in the fruit, such as carotenoids and chlorophyll. Like all cold-pressed vegetable oils, it also contains plenty of phytosterols. These are considered to be able to lower LDL cholesterol, which is considered unhealthy, as well as total cholesterol. Our organic avocado oil, native, is not only suitable as a high-quality edible oil, but also as a basis or ingredient for cosmetics.


The fruity taste of avocado oil goes well with many dishes. Fresh salads are complemented by the aroma of the avocado dressing, vegetable dishes are rounded off by a few drops in the flavour. Wherever the avocado fruit is part of the dishes, organic avocado oil deepens the aroma. Trickled over food as a topping, the green oil gives an appetizing appearance. In the vegan kitchen avocado oil is appreciated as a butter substitute. It can even be replaced with butter during baking. Its high smoke point makes it suitable for marinades. Grilled meat and vegetables are obtained from the high-quality oil. Native avocado oil is suitable for dips and dressings, which it gives an interesting taste. Pure, cold-pressed avocado oil is also in demand in cosmetics. It is said to regenerate the skin, strengthen the natural skin barrier and protect against moisture loss. In aromatherapy, native avocado oil is used as a base oil for mixing with fragrance-bearing oils. Organic avocado oil is suitable for the production of high-quality facial creams and moisturizing body lotions. Here the oil of the avocado fruit is often better tolerated than nut-based oils.
